TERMS & CONDITIONS – 2020 RENTALS
By checking this box and completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Rental Agreement and the following terms:
• A refundable damage deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, damage, misuse, or repair costs related to the jet skis and equipment during the rental period.
• Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the jet skis.
• All drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times by all drivers and passengers.
• Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited.
• Jet skis may only be operated in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Jet skis may not be used for racing, towing, criminal activity, reckless operation, or any unauthorized purpose.
• Jet skis must never be beached and may only be started in water at least 3 feet (36 inches) deep.
• Any damage caused by improper operation, grounding, towing, weather conditions, collisions, negligence, or misuse is the renter’s responsibility.
• Late returns are subject to a fee of $1 per minute. After 2 hours, an additional full rental day may be charged.
• No refunds or discounts are guaranteed due to weather, dissatisfaction, injuries, or circumstances outside the control of 2020 Rentals.
• The renter assumes all risks associated with operating and riding personal watercraft, including the risk of serious injury, disability, property damage, or death.
• The renter releases, waives, and holds harmless 2020 Rentals from liability to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law.
• The renter agrees to indemnify and defend 2020 Rentals against claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from the rental or use of the equipment.
• All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and brought exclusively in the courts located in Denver, Colorado.
By proceeding with this reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to the complete Rental Agreement and all associated terms and conditions.
